All child photos and biometric data remain in Australia, hosted in the Supabase Sydney region. We operate to the Australian Privacy Principles (APP). AI providers receive reference images at inference time only. We use these providers on their paid API tiers, whose published terms state that data sent through the API is not used to train their models. We rely on those published terms, and we cannot independently inspect their systems.

Choose the sounds and spellings already taught, and every generated word is checked against that set. Words are validated against cumulative grapheme inventories across 8 progressive phonics levels, so the approach fits common systematic synthetic phonics sequences. At the upper levels a book may still ship with a small number of words outside the set — the decodability report tells you which, so you can edit before you print.

You get the same support on every plan, including the free trial: a single email support channel. We do not sell a faster response as a paid upgrade, and there is no per-plan response-time guarantee. Institution customers also get custom onboarding, which is arranged with you directly.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no lock-in contracts. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
